Below is an explanation of the different possibilities offered by the system:

Opening a service call
This screen allows users to open new service calls. New service calls are received by Danel's service division and handled quickly.

List of open calls
A list of open service calls processed by Danel's representatives. Service calls from this list cannot be updated; the purpose of the list is to present a picture of all open calls in the system for a given client.

List of service calls
By selecting a specific period, the list presents all the calls that were opened for a given client. Open calls can be updated by clicking on the "update" link in the service call window.

List of closed service calls
a list of the closed calls processed by Danel's representatives for a given client. The purpose of the list is to present a picture of all closed calls in the system for said client.

Remote access
In order to assist clients, Danel offers clients a “remote access” option.
In order to enable Danel’s service division to remotely access and control computers, clients should download the TeamViewer software.
